Chronic Pain

Are you suffering with chronic pain or illness that leaves you feeling depressed, anxious, or just not like yourself? When we live with pain in our bodies, it can negatively impact our emotional state.

As a therapeutic yoga instructor, I am able to create yoga and mindfulness practices that aid in the mitigation of pain. As a counselor, I’ll support you in working through the mourning that occurs when we feel incapacitated and have to adjust to a new relationship with the body.
